Since
artiste Sampaloo joined up with YuhSeeYou Entertainment and Publicity
in October 2011 his presence in the media has kicked off worldwide. In
2004 Sampaloo began making his impact Nationwide in Canada with his song
"Immigration". The song carried the "Just Landed" artiste through many
Reggae/World Festivals and club shows throughout Canada. Over the last
few years Sampaloo has been constantly taking part of community events
in Montreal such as; Cry for Haiti, Black History Month Celebrations,
Jamaica Day, and request for Unity. He kept himself in the writing to
popular "riddims" with songs of jokes and reality.
In January; Kimichi Records signed the Popular Canada DJ, alongside
Upcoming artiste Squaddy. He completed his follow up song "LIFE HARD"
which features Alliance Next Generations singjay Patexx (A.N.G is Bounty
Killers camp for Uprising Artistes). The song was featured on Kimichi
Records "Phoenix Riddim" which has been getting tremendous support and
airplay throughout Jamaica, The Caribbean, Belize, India, Canada,
Europe, UK, U.S.
This
has been great for the Canada Reggae industry as "Canadian Dancehall"
for years has gone unrecognized by the Jamaican "Hit-Makers".
Torontonian artistes such as J Logix, Reese Badda, Eyesus, Keron
Williams, Sample King and Montreal's own Sampaloo have been pleasing the
Canadian massives with their style and lyrics, Watching culture reggae
artists like Iley Dread, Tanya Mullings, and Esco Levi take over the
charts worldwide for their music.
Sampaloo
currently voiced the "Morning Ride" Riddim from Inspired Music and is
to be featured on the 2nd part release. He also has
many collaborations set to release including UK's Dancehall Queen; Tenza
and a song with Label mate Squaddy. Next
Saturday the 31st get the low-down of Sampaloo's past with immigration,
current projects, and his future plans on NYC's PARTI FM with Black
Kitty Barbie.
